They offer life time cover, they don't increase their excess each time you claim, they only deal with pet insurance and have been doing so for the last 30 years, they are quick to process claims and have knowledgeable and friendly staff to help with any queries you may have.
Out staff insure their own pets with Pet Plan and because we wanted are clients to have the best we have received training from Pet Plan and are registered Pet Plan Insurance Advisors. This means we can offer Immediate Veterinary Cover to all dogs, cats and rabbits aged between 6 weeks and a year. This gives you 4 weeks free insurance from the date on the form. This includes illness and injury. A vet needs to perform a health check and this is done free of charge when you bring in your new pet for the first time.

We recommend all puppies and kittens are wormed every month until they are 6 months old and then four times a year.
