Health Checks
A thorough health check is carried out when you first visit us for a Puppy or Kitten Cuddle and then at every booster vaccination or consultation you have. They are also required every 6 months for pets on long term medication before we can issue your repeat prescription.

Repeat prescriptions
If you require a repeat prescription please remember these points:
1. Your animal must be registered with us and have been seen by us within the last 6 months
2. Some medication requires a blood test every 3-6months
3. The surgery will need a minimum of 24 hours to process your request
Prescriptions are able to be collected from the surgery between 11am and 7pm.

Coming into the surgery can be difficult so we are pleased to offer a free Vets at Home service to our clients who live within an 8 mile radius of our surgeries
Prescriptions
You can order your pet's prescription online or by phone. Please give us 24 hours notice to process your order
24hr Emergencies
When the surgeries are closed the emergency out of hours clinic ChelVets begins. The service is run from the Surgery at Cheltenham Racecourse. Call 01242 522 022
